Reporting infringement (notice & takedown)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at privacy@missbfindom.com including:

• your name and contact details;
• identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the exact URL(s) of the material in question;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We’ll remove or disable validly notified material promptly.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We may remove content from, and refuse service to, anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
